'How do I book a villa
or cottage ?'
1) Before you book...
...please check the following:
-
that your chosen house
has availability for your dates (click on the 'availability calendar'
button underneath the
pricing information on the page of your chosen house)
-
that your chosen dates
match the 'change-over' dates for the house (see in 'Further
Information' on the page of your chosen house)
-
that you have read and
understood '3) Booking conditions' (please read them, they are not
long, boring or complicated) and '4) Our guarantee to
you'
-
that you can pay in the
way described in '5) How can I pay ?'.

call you back.
2) How can I book ?
You can book by email,
specifying the house and the dates you would like to book, by clicking here.
You will receive a reply, normally within 24 hours, confirming your booking and
sending you further details.
You can book online
by completing and submitting the Booking Form. You
will receive a reply by email normally within 24 hours confirming your booking
and sending you further details.
3) Booking conditions:
-
For bookings made more than
2 months in advance of arrival, a 30% deposit is required at the time
of booking. The remaining 70 % is payable 2 months before arrival.

For bookings made less than
2 months in advance of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Once you have submitted
your booking form, your booking will be confirmed by email.

Your booking will remain 'confirmed' so long as the required payments are made.

In the case of cancellation
by you, the 30 % deposit is non-refundable. Of the remaining 70 %, we
undertake
to pay back as much as we recoup in replacement bookings; that could be all 70 %
or
nothing. We therefore advise you to cover your own risk of cancellation
in your holiday insurance policy.
4) Our guarantee to you:
You will have the accommodation
as booked and as advertised. In the unusual event that this
is not possible:
-
we will inform you at the
earliest possible date
-
we will offer you equivalent,
alternative accommodation, or a discounted price, or a partial or total
refund of your money - depending on the circumstances and your wishes.
5) How can I pay ?

You can pay by
credit or debit card or your PayPal account via PayPal(4% service charge).

If you are in the
UK, you can pay by bank/internet transfer into a UK sterling bank account.
-
If your bank account
is in any currency other than Sterling GBP, you can pay by bank/internet transfer
into a Travelex account in your currency and we will receive the money in
Sterling GBP (£5GBP service charge per payment)
