The apartment is on the third and top floor of a new luxury development. Access is by lift or stairs and the apartment features a sight and sound intercom security entrance.

The centre of the apartment is a bright and spacious lounge/dining room. Full length windows open out onto a small balcony facing east. The lounge features leather sofas and 32" LCD TV. There is dining for 6, again with leather upholstered chairs. A spacious, fully fitted and well equipped kitchen opens off the dining area.

The principle double bedroom is en-suite, with a jacuzzi bath with shower and double handbasins. Full length windows open onto a small balcony with views to the sea. A second double bedroom and a twin bed room also offer views to the sea. They share a second bathroom, also with a jacuzzi bath with shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

There is air conditioning/heating thoughout the apartment.

What outside spaces and facilities are there ?

Adjoining the kitchen, there is a balcony equipped with built-in barbeque and table and chairs.

The apartment has a large roof terrace.

There are small balconies in the lounge, the principle bedroom and the twin bedroom.

On which day(s) can we arrive/leave ?

Between 4 June 2008 and 20 August 2008, changeovers are on Wednesdays. Outside of these dates, changeovers are flexible.

For how long can we stay ?

The minimum stay is 7 nights.

How close are the nearest food shops ?

The nearest food shops are in Tavira, less than 1 km away.

How close is the nearest restaurant ?

Tavira is just on your doorstep and offers a wide range of great restaurants.

How close is the nearest beach ?

The nearest beaches are at Tavira, St.Luzia ('Terra Eastreita' beach five minute drive) and Barril (ten minute drive).

Do we need to hire a car ?

You can walk into Tavira for all services and order taxi's without a problem, but a car gives you more freedom to explore the Eastern Algarve. 

How far is Apartamento Pegada from the airport ?

Apartamento Pegada is just a 30 minute drive from Faro airport.

Can we smoke in the house ?

No. Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside.
