Casa Luz is a brand new end-of-terrace town house in Luz de Tavira.  It is built, equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout. With its own private plunge pool, built-in barbeque, games room and satellite TV, you have all your family entertainment to hand. The eastern Algarve's wonderful long sand beaches are just ten minutes drive away and within thirty minutes drive you have access to seven new golf courses.

Prices are in pounds Sterling for the property per week, regardless of the number of people (maximum 6).

The upstairs has two twin bedrooms, both with full-length glass doors onto a balcony from which you can see the sea. The two twin rooms share a bathroom with shower/bath. There is a double bedroom en-suite with a shower room. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, are bright, spacious and confortable.

On the ground floor, there is a large lounge equipped with satellite TV, DVD, CD and a wood burning fire for the winter. There is a plush modern kitchen which is fully equipped - including a dishwasher - and has a dining table for 6. Both lounge and kitchen have full-length glass doors giving access to the rear terrace and the plunge pool.

The huge basement has been made into a games room, and is equipped with: full size table tennis, table football, electronic darts, electric air hockey table, electric kids bowling alley, TV, PS2 console, as well as easy chairs and a sofa...underground heaven for kids (large and small).

What outside spaces and facilities are there ?

Outside, the house is terraced on three sides. In the rear (east-facing) terrace is the hexagonal plunge pool, measuring 4m in diameter and 1.5 metres deep. It is accessed up steps. There is also a built-in barbeque, outside dining table and chairs, two sun beds and an outdoor shower.

We are flexible on  days.

For how long can we stay ?

The minimum stay is 7 nights.

How close are the nearest food shops ?

The nearest food shops are in Luz de Tavira, 1 km away. There is a small daily fruit, veg and fish market, a good butchers', a grocers' and several small minimarkets. Larger supermarkets are at Moncarapacho (10 minutes drive away) and Tavira (10 minutes drive away).

How close is the nearest restaurant ?

There is a popular take-away just around the corner and there are several cafe's in Luz de Tavira. The nearest recommended restaurant -  specializing in sea food - is a five minute drive away. There are many other restaurants in St.Luzia, Tavira and Moncarapacho, all just ten minutes drive away.

How close is the nearest beach ?

The nearest beaches are at Fuzeta (ten minute drive), Barril (five minute drive), and St.Luzia (ten minute drive).

Do we need to hire a car ?

Its a good idea. 

How far is Casas Luz from the airport ?

Casa Luz is just a 30 minute drive from Faro airport.

Can we smoke in the house ?

No. Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside.
