What is the accommodation like ?                            Facilities

All apartments are self-catering and are equipped and furnished in the same style and to the same high standard.

'Fig' and 'Almond' are both one bedroom apartments. The bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe (the bed can be made up as two singles on request). There is a stylish shower room with hand-basin and WC. There is an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. The lounge is equipped with Satellite TV.

'Carob' is also a one bedroom apartment and can be rented as that. However, it does have a sofa bed in the lougne and so can also be rented for a family with one or two children.

'Orange' is a two bedroom apartment, with one double and one twin bedroom and a larger bathroom than the other apartments.

What outside spaces and facilities are there ?

Each apartment has its own outside terrace area with table and chairs and sun umbrella. The four apartments share the fabulous pool area. The pool is 12m x 6m and is 1m - 2m deep, with steps entering the shallow end and ladder steps entering the deep end. There is a large sun terrace with sun loungers and a large shaded area with table and chairs. There is private parking for all guests. The gardens surrounding the house are for the enjoyment of all and are newly planted with ornamentals and fruit trees typical to the area.

On which day(s) can we arrive/leave ?

Our standard change-over day is Sunday. Please enquire for other days. Standard check-in time is 16:00 hrs (4pm) and check-out time is 10.00 hrs (10am).

For how long can we stay ?

The minimum stay is 7 nights. You can stay one, two or more weeks.

How close are the nearest food shops ?

The nearest food shops are at Luz de Tavira, Moncarapacho or Fuzeta, all about 3 km away. There is a wide choice of larger supermakets and bigger food markets at both Tavira and Olhão, each about 10 mins away by car.

How close is the nearest restaurant ?

There are two local restaurant each less than 5 mins drive away - or a good walk.  One of these specialises in local sea food and is incredibly popular. There is a great choice of good restaurants in both Tavira and Olhão.

How close is the nearest beach ?

The nearest beaches are at Fuzeta (10 minute drive), Barril (10 minute drive), and St.Luzia (15 minute drive).

What is there to do at Quinta das Flores ?

Quinta das Flores will suit those wishing to just kick back and relax, those looking for a base from which to explore the Eastern Algarve, and those interested in nature, walking or cycling.

Do we need to hire a car ?

Yes. Quinta das Flores is in the country.

How far is Quinta Primaveira from the airport ?

Quinta das Flores is about a 30 minute drive from Faro airport.

Can we smoke in the house ?

No. Ash trays are provided for smoking outside.

What else should we know about Quinta das Flores ?

The couple that own Quinta das Flores also live on site in the first floor apartment. They have a friendly Jack Russell dog who is free to roam but is not allowed into the apartments.
