Serra do Burro is newly
renovated throughout, providing high quality, comfortable accommodation. It has
a stylish modern kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering, including a
dish washer. There is a dining room with table and chairs for four and full
length glass doors which open out onto the sun terrace. The spacious lounge is
equipped with a plasma screen TV with satellite reception and a DVD. It opens out
via glass doors into a conservatory running the full length of the house. The
conservatory is equipped with a whicker sofa and chairs and has removable
full length glass doors giving views to the coast. The double bedroom has
air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and an en-suite bathroom with
separate bath and shower.

The total interior floor area is
1093 square feet / 102 square meters, excluding the conservatory. The terrace is 1266 square feet / 118
square meters.
What outside spaces and
facilities are there ?
There is a decked terrace in front
of the conservatory. To the west of the house is a huge open sun terrace with a
large shaded area. From anywhere on these
terraces the views over the surrounding countryside and down to the sea are
breathtaking. The sun terrace has an outdoor jacuzzi for pure relaxation. There
are sun loungers, reclining chairs and a dining table. There is a special
barbeque area with built-in seating.

Changeover days are flexible, though
should fit well with existing bookings. Check-in time is 15.00 and check-out time is 11.00.
For how long can we stay ?
You can stay for as many nights as
you like with a minimum of 7.

shops ?
The nearest town is Tavira (15 minutes drive
away), with a great daily food market and good supermarkets.
How close is the nearest
restaurant ?
There is a popular local bar and
restaurant just five minutes walk down hill into the village. A second local bar
and restaurant is five minutes again further on. Otherwise, there is great
choice of restaurants 15 - 20 minutes drive away in Tavira,
St Luzia and Cabanas.
How close is the nearest beach ?
The nearest beaches are at Tavira
(20 minute drive), Cabanas (20
minutes drive), Barril (20 minute
drive), St.Luzia (20 minute
drive), and Manta Rota (25
minute drive).
