Lote beach lies between Manta Rota and Altura beaches and is quieter than both as access is slightly hidden away and most people don't make the effort. The beach is very deep so there is plenty of space. Easy to walk to Manta Rota or Altura from here, but why bother once you are here ? Several people have seen dolphins at this beach.
Access to Lote beach
Access is by car to the back of the beach and is sign-posted at several locations on the N125. Take any of the roads into Manta Rota and turn left for Lote at the little roundabout. Lote beach has a small car park at the back of the beach in which it is surprising how often you can find a space. Otherwise, you can take the chance of parking on the sand itself, but don't forget to bring your spade. Dig ?.
