What is the accommodation like ?Casa Luz do Sol ia a very large luxurious holiday villa. From the front door you enter a very large hallway. To the right, you have a lounge with seating and satellite TV and DVD player. At the other end of the lounge there are large windows overlooking the pool and garden, with fabulous views of the countryside and distant sea views. To the left of the hallway you have a dining room which leads to the kitchen, well equipped with everything you would expect for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen is also accesible from the hallway. On this level you have a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower-room and walk in wardrobe. From the hallway you can take the gated-stairs down to the lower level, which has a very large twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room and its own lounge area. A sliding door allows you to walk straight out into the garden. The garden is fenced with electric gates. It is landscaped with mature trees and flowers and has a rather nice garden swing. The main feature of the garden is its irregular shaped salt water pool, which is great for children, as the pool starts shallow and gradually deepens to a full depth pool. In the garden is a shaded dining area with built in bbq, great for those warm summer evenings where you can relax and enjoy the garden at night. The nearest beach is Fuzeta beach, a 20 minute car journey through the country lanes. You can pick up a few essentials at the bottom of the road, a 3 minute stroll. For your weekly shop you have São Brás, a few minutes by car, with its large and medium-sized supermarkets. There are a few restaurants on the main road into São Brás and they are just a few minutes by car. For many more restaurants and cafes, you have the whole of São Brás a couple of minutes further on. Faro is the nearest airport, about 20 to 25 minutes drive. Yes, a car is essential. You can see the car hire page. There are two public swimming baths in São Brás, churches to visit, beautiful countryside all around, and down on the coast you have many fantastic algarve beaches. Yes, children are very welcome. They will love the outside space and the pool with its shallow area. No pets, sorry. Sorry, no smoking please inside the property. There are ashtrays provided for outside use. Arrival and departure days are flexible, but must fit in well with existing bookings. The earliest check-in time is 16:00 hrs and the latest check-out time is 11.00 hrs The minimum booking duration is 7 nights, but we think'll not want to leave ! Naturally, children should be supervised at all times, in or near the pool. There are many steps at the front of the house, so care must be taken.
