Description (Property Reference: 140) Villa Verde is situated amongst mature almond, carob, olive and orange groves, overlooking traditional countryside of low hills. It is conveniently located near to the small seaside village of Cabanas and the historical town of Tavira. Nearby are two golf courses a selection of beautiful beaches. This very private three-bedroomed villa has comfortable and airy rooms leading to a large terrace for outdoor living. From the villa, extensive gardens lead to a pool area, providing a private, quiet and welcoming environment that is perfect for couples or families.

What is the accommodation like ?

Upon entering the villa, there is a dining room, cloakroom and a small step down into a large lounge with patio doors onto a shaded terrace with dining a table. A small step up from the lounge leads into a large kitchen with a door to a shaded patio. The other direction to the hallway leads to a bathroom with bath and shower and a twin bedroom with french windows onto the shaded patio. There is also a double bedroom onto the same patio.

Upstairs there is the double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, bath and shower over. The bedroom has a juliet balcony. Upstairs there is access to a roof terrace and like so many of our villas in the Cabanas area, it comes with a sea view.

What outside spaces and facilities are there ?

The villa is fenced and gated. From the villa, a pathway leads down through the lawned garden to the pool with a small poolhouse, comprising wc shower, sink and a fridge. There is a further outside shower and a brick-built bbq.

What is it like walking from the property ?

A long cobbled drive leads out onto a dirt track. From here you can connect to the Eco-Via, (the Eco-walkway) and then into Cabanas being the nearest village.

How close is the nearest beach ?

What is there to do ?

Many of our villas are situated in locations ideal for walking, and this is no exception. All of our villas are ideal for relaxing. So, walking, relaxing or enjoying what nearby Cabanas has to offer.

Are children welcome ?

Yes, children are very welcome at nearly all our villas, and with this one near Cabanas, they most certainly are.

Can we smoke in the property ?

There is no smoking in the villa, but there are ashtrays provided for outside.

On which day(s) can we arrive/leave ?

Arrival and departure days are flexible.

Is there a minimum/maximum length of stay ?

7 nights is the minimum stay for our villas in Cabanas area. There is no maximum duration.

Are there any dangerous/safety features for small children ?

The pool is unguarded so the pool must be supervised.

Is there anything else I should know about the property ?
