Description (Property Reference: 138) Silen's Villa is a large 3 bedroom villa with a first floor 1 bedroom flat. It is situated close to Estoi, in a small hamlet between Olhao and Moncarapacho in the Eastern Algarve. It overlooks countryside of low citrus and almond trees and is within easy reach of beautiful beaches. The villa is approached by a small driveway and has a gated entrance. It has 4,400m² of private lawns and mature gardens, with a large shaded terrace, a large terrace around its pool, and neighbours orange groves and farmland. The villa has a welcoming environment - ideal for couples or families looking to rent a villa in this part of the Eastern Algarve.

What is the accommodation like ?

From the entrance hall, the kitchen is on the right, and the lounge is on the left. Leading from the lounge are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Straight ahead from the entrance hall and to the right, is the downstairs cloakroom. A shower is loacted around the corner. From the hall is a sprial staircase leading up to a further lounge, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a second kitchen. From this upstairs hallway is a door leading to a large outdoor terrace.

What outside spaces and facilities are there ?

From the front door to the right is a large covered area with dining and seating. To the left is a utility room with a further shower and toilet. The pool is situated in the front of the house with a barbeque and seating at the rear. The garden and pathways surrounding the villa are fully lit.

What is it like walking from the property ?

Walking from the villa takes you down a track, then onto the main road. Turn left for Olhao, or right for Moncarapacho.

How close is the nearest beach ?

Fuzeta beach is about 10 minutes by car from the villa.

How close are the nearest food shops ?

Nearest food shops from the villa are the small supermarkets in Moncarapacho.

How close are the nearest restaurants ?

Before you reach Moncarapacho you will pass through Lagao where you can find a few small eating places. A little further along the road, you will reach Moncarapacho where there is a good choice of restaurants. 

How far is the nearest airport ?

Faro is the nearest airport, about 30 minutes drive away.

Do we need to hire a car ?

If you rent a car in the Eastern Algarve, you will have the freedom to explore everywhere, so it is recommended that you rent one for this holiday villa.

What is there to do ?

The villa is a wonderful place to relax, and play. Away from the villa is beautiful walking countryside, with nearby breathtaking beaches. After all, this is the Eastern Algarve.

Yes, children are welcome.

Can we smoke in the property ?

No smoking please in the villa. Ashtrays are provided for outside smoking.

On which day(s) can we arrive/leave ?

Arrival and departure days are flexible.

Is there a minimum/maximum length of stay ?

7 nights is the minimum stay at the villa. There is no maximum.

Are there any dangerous/safety features for small children ?

The pool is not fenced so children must be supervised.

Is there anything else I should know about the property ?

For guests who have stayed at this holiday villa before, Silen's Villa is the new name for Casa Silen.
