Description (Property Reference: 160) Pine Tree villa is in a tucked away postion, just south of Moncarapacho in the Algarve. It occupies an elevated position with splendid views over Moncarapacho and the surrounding countryside. The villa is very private and has extensive grounds with a pool and its own "playing field". This part of the Algarve has many fine beaches, all of which are within easy reach.

What is the accommodation like ?

Pine Tree Villa is a spacious 4 bedroom villa. Entering through the front door into the hall, on your left is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and twin basins. Straight ahead in the hall is a bathroom with bath, and a further bedroom with twin beds. Turning right from the hall is a lounge with large french windows opening onto large pool terrace. A dining room leads from the lounge into a kitchen. The two further double bedroms are within the villa, but are accessed either via patio french doors, or their own individual front doors. Both have ensuite bathrooms.

What outside spaces and facilities are there ?

The villa has a gated gravel drive. Side steps lead onto a large roof terrace. The very large pool terrace  has a built in dining table on the terrace and a built-in bbq area with seating. There ia a 10 x 5m pool and there is a playing field down from the pool terrace steps. The views towards Moncarapacho and the Algarve countryside are fabulous.

What is it like walking from the property ?

From the villa you follow a track leading to a road, which takes you left towards Fuzeta, or right towards Moncarapacho.

How close is the nearest beach ?

Fuzeta has two beaches, the town beach and the ocean beach. Small ferries take you to the ocean beach and the few minutes it takes, is well worth it.

How close are the nearest food shops ?

Moncarapacho has several small supermarkets and is 5 minutes drive away. 

How close are the nearest restaurants ?

Moncarapacho has a nice selection of cafes and restaurants, and is only 5 minutes drive away. 

How far is the nearest airport ?

Faro airport is approximately 30 minutes drive.

Do we need to hire a car ?

Yes, you will need a car and we suggest looking at our car hire.

What is there to do ?

Enjoy the villa, the pool, and make use of the playing "pitch". There is little reason to stir from this beautiful setting, but towns, beaches and the whole of the Algarve is out there if you wish to explore.

Are children welcome ?

Yes, children are most welcome at the villa.

Can we smoke in the property ?

No smoking in the villa please. Ashtrays are provided for outside smoking.

On which day(s) can we arrive/leave ?

Arrival and departure dates are flexible.

Is there a minimum/maximum length of stay ?

7 days is the minimum stay at this self catering villa in the Algarve. There is no maximum duration.

Are there any dangerous/safety features for small children ?

The pool is un-guarded, so children need to be supervised.

Is there anything else I should know about the property ?

Several of our villas in this area of the Algarve have new names for 2010. For guests who have stayed here before, Pine Tree Villa is the new name for Quinta Murcada.
