Description (Property Reference: 139) Pagoda Villa is a charming and luxurious villa near Moncarapacho, hidden away amongst citrus groves, and looks out onto open countryside. The villa has 3 bedrooms, large outdoor entertaining spaces, a beautiful 6 x 12m pool and a pagoda in an eleveated postion. It has a gated cobbled driveway and is 3 km from neighbouring Moncarapacho.

What is the accommodation like ?

Through the villas entrance hall to the right, is a small cloakroom leading onto lounge/dining room. French windows open onto a shaded terrace. To the right of the dining area is the kitchen. Turning left from the entrance hall, is a large bathroom (with bath), and on the right are two twin bedrooms, each with french windows opening onto individual terraces. Straight ahead is the master double bedroom with ensuite shower room, the bedroom also having french windows onto the shaded terrace.

What outside spaces and facilities are there ?

There is a shaded terrace all around the villa, with an outside dining table with seating. There is further seating around the pool, a brick-built barbeque, and a roof terrace. Villas such as Pagoda, are a delight and you will enjoy the outside living.

What is it like walking from the property ?

The cobbled driveway leads to the gated entrance, which then leads to a track and eventually comes to a road. It is not far to Moncarapacho, a little over 2km. The cobbled driveway also leads up to its own Pagoda, from where you can sit back and enjoy the view of the countryside.

How close is the nearest beach ?

Fuzeta is the nearest beach, approximately a ten minute drive. Fuzeta has two beaches, the town beach or the ocean beach.

How close are the nearest food shops ?

It is 2 km to the nearest small parade of shops. A couple of small food shops can be found there, and then a little further up the road is Moncarapacho town, which has several small supermarkets.

How close are the nearest restaurants ?

The nearest eating places can be found in the same parade, 2 km from the villa. Moncarapacho town, a short walk from there, has a nice selection of restaurants to choose from.

How far is the nearest airport ?

Faro is the nearest airport from the villa, which is about 30 minutes drive.

Do we need to hire a car ?

Yes, it is highly recommended that you hire a car whn renting many of our villas, since Pagoda is in the countryside. Whilst the villa is only a couple of kms from the nearest shops in Moncarapacho, having a hire car will allow you to travel further afield.

What is there to do ?

You will have a lovely time relaxing at the villa. Moncarapacho being the nearest town, is a charming place and should cater for most of your needs. You are only a few miles from the coast, so you can easily reach the many beaches that this part of the Algarve has to offer.

Are children welcome ?

Children are most welcome. There is plenty of space to enjoy, not to mention the lovely pool.

Can we smoke in the property ?

As with all our villas, we ask that you do not smoke inside the villas. Ashtrays are provided for outside smoking.

On which day(s) can we arrive/leave ?

Arrival and departure days for Pagoda Villa are flexible, as with many of our villas.

Is there a minimum/maximum length of stay ?

The minimum stay at the villa is 7 days. There is no maximum duration.

Are there any dangerous/safety features for small children ?

The pool is not fenced, so children will need supervision.

Is there anything else I should know about the property ?

We have re-named some of our villas. Pagoda Villa is the new name for Casa Alexandra.
