Description (Property Reference: 162) Casa Arte Nova is a newly-built four bedroom villa sitting close to sea, with good views to the island beach of Fuzeta. It is very convenient for shops, restaurants, and the train station - all are all within 5 - 10 minutes walk away. Just a little further is the Fuzeta river front, from where the little ferries can take you to the white sandy beaches of the island. The holiday villa has a private 6 x 3m pool and terraces all around the property, offering the choice of shade or sun all day long.

What is the accommodation like ?

You enter the villa into a large hallway. To the left, are french doors opening to a large lounge and dining room with three patio doors, one of which opens onto the pool terrace. Straight ahead from the hallway is a large kitchen and to its left, is a utility room. This has french doors onto a patio. Turning right from the entrance hall is a bathroom with shower, and further round to the right, is a double bedroom. Stairs from the hall lead up to a couple of twin bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the bedroom having patio doors to a terrace with a view of Fuzeta island. The landing also has a french door leading to an outside staircase leading to a roof terrace, again with a good view of the island.

What outside spaces and facilities are there ?

The villa has a private 6 x 3m pool and terraces all around to offer shade and sun all day. There is a brick-built barbeque, a grassed area and the villa is walled and gated.

What is it like walking from the property ?

A track leads from the villa down onto the road. Access to Fuzeta and the beaches beyond are extremely easy and take no time at all.

How close is the nearest beach ?

Fuzeta beach is the nearest, about a 10 minute walk.

How close are the nearest food shops ?

The nearest food shops are only a 5 minute walk away.

How close are the nearest restaurants ?

Retaurants are only a 5 minute walk away.

How far is the nearest airport ?

Faro airport is about 30 minutes drive away.

Do we need to hire a car ?

It is not necessary to have a car for your holiday in Fuzeta, but having a car will give you more freedom to explore the Algarve. See our car hire if you'd like one for your holiday.

What is there to do ?

Straight ahead of you is a fabulous island with miles of golden sand. Visit the island by one of the small ferries, or stay on the town beach a little closer to home. When you holiday in Fuzeta you not only have your local beaches, but you have several beaches within just a short drive of the holiday villa.

Are children welcome ?

Yes children are very welcome, and if they're not swimming in the pool, they'll want to be on the island.

Can we smoke in the property ?

No smoking in the villa please. Ashtrays are provided for outside smoking.

Arrival and departure days are flexible.

Is there a minimum/maximum length of stay ?

7 days is the minimum stay, and there is no maximum.

Are there any dangerous/safety features for small children ?

The pool is accessed via a gate.
